what personal data do we collect?

What do we do with your information?

Your enquiry is stored on email by the customer services team, and is permanently deleted once your query has been resolved. Your personal data is not shared by any Third Party, and it is not sent outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).
Customer complaints information, including personal data, is stored in secured folders on the H&A Access database and the H&A Quality drive, which is hosted by Microsoft. Your information is not sent outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). It may however be shared with our insurance company when required.
Customer complaints personal information is deleted permanently after eight years. A paper copy of complaints resulting in dispute or court proceeding between the complainant and H&A is kept indefinitely in a secure location at H&A offices.
We have a contractual agreement with all our Third Parties that commit them to providing an appropriate level of safeguards for your personal data.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
We do not retain personal information for marketing purposes.
Your rights as a data subject
